These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Mind-Blowing Facts ("the Service"), an independently operated content service that generates and publishes original short-form educational fact videos to a small number of connected creator accounts on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. By connecting an account to the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not connect an account.
The Service is currently offered to a limited, individually onboarded set of creators, not as a public self-serve product. You must be the legitimate owner or an authorized manager of the social media account you connect, and you must be able to complete that platform's own OAuth authorization flow yourself. You must meet the minimum age and account requirements set by each underlying platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) to hold a creator/developer account there.
Once you connect an account through that platform's official sign-in flow, the Service:
You may disconnect at any time from that platform's own connected-apps settings, or by contacting the developer directly (see Section 9). Disconnecting immediately stops all future publishing to that account.
Once a video is published to your account, it is your content, subject to the terms of the underlying platform (YouTube/TikTok/Instagram) it was published to. The Service claims no ongoing ownership over videos after they are published to your account. Scripts, narration, and captions are written specifically for the Service; any third-party stock footage used is licensed under terms that permit this commercial use.
By connecting an account, you confirm that:
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Publishing depends on the continued availability and correct functioning of third-party platform APIs (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and underlying infrastructure providers, none of which are controlled by the developer. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific publishing schedule, or that every scheduled video will successfully publish to every connected platform on every occasion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The developer does not warrant that content generated by the Service will be error-free, that publishing will be uninterrupted, or that the Service will meet any particular performance expectation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss of followers, engagement, revenue, or account standing on a connected platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your account. The developer may also suspend or terminate a connected account's access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases of suspected misuse, violation of these Terms, or violation of a connected platform's own policies.
These Terms may be updated as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a connected platform's own terms require otherwise for activity conducted through that platform.
